The builder, Jason Duncan

This Mustang was built by myself, Jason Duncan. Residing in Union City, TN, I am an avid Mustang enthusiasts. Whether it's a GT, EcoBoost, V6, Shelby, Boss 302, Saleen, or Roush Mustang, I like them all. I began liking Mustangs during my high school years, and always dreamt of building my own Mustang one day. Scroll down for a list of my Top 10 favorite Mustangs!

Message from the builder:

Just want to say thanks to everyone that has helped in some way in putting this Mustang together. You know who you are. I especially want to give a big shout out to Dunn's Body Shop out of Union City. From the custom MUSTANG lettering on the trunk lid, from the custom painted side mirrors, to the Cervini ram air hood; you guys help perfect this Mustang, and your work shows in this build, as it is top notch! No other body shop will ever touch this build. I also want to take time to thank Cervini. Wow! What can I say? The moment the hood got installed on the car, that was an instant game changer of this build. I also cannot forget to mention my three sponsors Mishimoto, OneUpLighting, and Raxiom Lights. With your parts installed on the car, it performs very well, and they helped give the Mustang a much better look. Also want to give a huge thanks to my wife for the awesome support of this build. She will never know how much it means to me. And I can't forget to give a big thanks to my brothers and sisters of the Blue Mustang Registry & Lightning Blue Mustang Registry. Being the founder of LBMR, and a fellow admin of BMR, we all have become a big family and I appreciate everything you all have done for not only me, but for the Mustang community. Again, thank you to everyone, and thanks for checking out my Mustang build!

This Mustang build, is dedicated to the Mustang that me into Mustangs. Purchased on May 20th, 2003, this 2003 Mustang V6 inspired me to get another Mustang, and perfect this Mustang build. I purchased this Mustang at Union City Ford, and rolled it off their lot with 21 miles on the odometer. Several modifications were done to this Mustang. I drove this Mustang for over 10 years before selling it in 2013. With over twice the amount of power, The Blue Reaper doesn't even compare to it!

My favorite Mustangs!

If your a Mustang enthusiasts like myself, we all have our favorite Mustang. I'm going to list the Top 10 Mustangs that I like! Every Mustang plays some important role in the 55 years of success for the Mustang. So with that said, heres my Top 10 favorite Mustangs!

1992 Mustang

#10 on my list, is a Mustang that will always be one of my favorites. The '92 Mustang, or "fox body" Mustang, today is a favorite among all Mustang enthusiasts. With it's small frame, and big 5.0L V8, this Mustang is built for power!

1964.5 Mustang

#9 on my list is a Mustang that will never be forgotten, and I had to have it in my Top 10. The 1964.5 Mustang is the Mustang that actually got the Mustang off the ground and running. If you see one of these Mustangs today, you are definitely looking at a big piece of Mustang history!

1971 Mustang Mach 1

In at #8 on my list, is the 1971 Mustang Mach 1. This redesign in 1971, really threw Mustang fans for a loop. It quickly grew popularity, and today is one of the iconic Mustangs of all-time. It was available in 2 engine options. One being the 351 Windsor, and the other being the 351 Cleveland.

1967 Shelby GT-500

Coming in at #7, on my list, is the 1967 Shelby GT-500. With all the Mustangs out there to choose from, I had to choose at least one Shelby as one of my favorites. Carroll Shelby designed the '67, and it was made to be driven! Today, you don't see many of these Mustangs around!

1969 Mustang Mach 1

#6 on my list is another Mustang that is a favorite among Mustang enthusiasts. The 1969 Mustang Mach 1 will always be a Mustang that is a part of American muscle history. With its 351 engine, this Mustang was meant for speed!

2003 Mustang Cobra

And in at #5 on my list, is the 2003 Mustang Cobra. Being a big fan of the new edge design, I had to put a new edge Mustang in the list. And the Mustang that deserves to be that Mustang, is the '03 Mustang Cobra. With a supercharged 4.6L, the car would get up and go, with a whine that would long be remembered!

1986 Mustang SVO

Coming in at #4, is the 1986 Mustang SVO. Many Mustang owners look down on the SVO, simply because of the engine. Its turbocharged 2.3L inline four cylinder didn't have that American muscle sound, but for what it was, it would go!

1965 Mustang

And in at #3, is the Mustang that made the Mustang a hot seller from the get go! The 1965 Mustang is one of the reasons why we still have the Mustang around today! Without the '65 Mustang, there wouldn't be a Mustang today. As a Mustang enthusiasts today, I'm proud to look back at the very first Mustangs and pay respect to them all.

2005 Mustang

Coming in at #2, is the 2005 Mustang, or the 5th generation of the Mustang. When it comes to paying respect to the very first Mustangs, the S197 does exactly that! Ford really did a nice job on the retro aspect of it!

1969 Mustang Boss 429

And in at #1 on my all-time favorite Mustangs, is the 1969 Mustang Boss 429! It's really hard for me not to name the '69 Mustang Boss 429 as my most favorite. That Mustang screams American muscle, and it looks slick! This Mustang I'd say is one of the most popular Mustangs ever to be built.

Honorable Mention:

The 2015 Mustang! The sixth generation Mustang gets an honorable mention, mainly because it has changed the way the Mustang performs. From the EcoBoost, to the GT model, there is alot of power brought to the table. From the 2.3L turbocharged four cylinder, to the 5.0L V8, and independent rear suspension; the S550 Mustang is a game changer!

And there you have it, my Top 10 all-time favorite Mustangs with an honorable mention to boot! I hope you enjoyed the read!
